Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 1 November 2026
1. Scope and provider
These General Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to the purchase and use of the online course "AI Animation Course" on this website. The provider of the course is:
Max Becker Digital GmbH
Brühler Straße 97
50968 Köln
Germany
Email: cloudseven@ink-about.com
A consumer within the meaning of these Terms is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contracting party and payment through Link
Your contracting party for the course is Max Becker Digital GmbH. Payment is handled on our behalf by Sold through Link, LLC, a company of the Stripe group (Stripe Managed Payments). Link acts as the merchant for the payment (merchant of record): Link collects the price, issues receipt and invoice, and remits VAT. That is why the checkout and the receipt show “Sold through Link” and your account statement shows “LINK.COM*”. Link is not the seller of the course.
The terms of Link shown in the checkout also apply to the payment (link.com/terms). Under them, Link may also issue refunds itself. You can direct questions about payment to us or to Link support (support.link.com); we answer questions about the course.
3. Subject matter of the contract
The course consists of video and text lessons, templates and downloads that you access after purchase in your account on this website. The course page describes the scope. For the exercises you need a computer and accounts with third-party services (for example a paid Claude subscription). These services and their costs are not part of the contract.
4. Conclusion of contract
- The presentation of the course on the website is not a binding offer but an invitation to order.
- After you click a purchase button, you see a confirmation page. There you expressly agree via a checkbox that we begin performing the contract immediately, and you confirm that your right of withdrawal expires as a result (see section 7). With "Continue to payment" you are redirected to the Stripe checkout. By clicking "Pay" you make a binding offer to buy the course.
- The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed and we activate the course in your account.
- The contract language is German or English, depending on the language in which you use the website.
5. Prices and payment
- The price shown in the checkout applies. Stripe calculates VAT based on your place of residence and shows it in the checkout. Stripe may display the price in your local currency.
- Stripe determines the payment methods in the checkout.
- Link sends the receipt and invoice by email to the address from the checkout.
6. Access
- After payment, we activate the course for the email address from the checkout. If you do not have an account yet, we create one. You log in with this address and a code that we send you by email.
- Access is personal. Do not share it with others.
- We keep the course online for at least 12 months from your purchase, and longer for as long as we offer it. After that we may discontinue the course. We will announce this by email at least three months in advance so you can save your downloads.
4. If we or Stripe refund the payment or it is charged back, access ends.
7. Right of withdrawal and its expiry
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal information.
Important for digital content: The right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performing the contract after you expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period has ended, and you confirmed your awareness that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins (§ 356(5) BGB (German Civil Code)). We begin performance as soon as we activate the course.
You can declare your withdrawal at any time using the button Withdraw from contract.
We do not grant a voluntary right of return. Refunds that Link issues under its own terms are not affected (section 2).
8. Rights of use
- You receive a simple, non-transferable and perpetual right to use the course content for yourself. You may keep using what you have downloaded (templates, prompts, skills) after your access ends.
- You may not pass on, publish or resell videos, texts and downloads.
- What you create yourself with the help of the course belongs to you.
9. No guarantee of success
The course teaches knowledge and ways of working. Whether and how much you earn with it depends on you and on the market. We do not promise any income, reach or jobs.
10. Liability
- We are liable without limitation for damages from injury to life, body or health and for damages from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
- In case of slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
- We are not responsible for third-party services that the course recommends, or for changes to them.
11. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final provisions
- The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, the mandatory protective provisions of the state in which they have their habitual residence remain unaffected.
- If individual provisions of these Terms are invalid, the remaining provisions stay valid.
